1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nawah ("we", "our", or "the Service") governing your access to and use of the Nawah mobile application and related services. By creating an account, ticking the agreement checkbox at registration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
- If you are a minor, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Description of the Service
Nawah is a family-organization app. After creating an account, you can create or join one or more "families" — private groups of users who share content with one another. Inside a family you can:
- send chat messages, photos, videos, and voice notes;
- create and assign tasks, calendar events, shared lists, polls, and announcements;
- upload files (photos, PDFs, videos, notes) to a shared family vault;
- share your live location on a family map while the app is open;
- ask the AI Assistant for planning help.
Content you create inside a family is visible to every current member of that family. Treat anything you post in a family as shared with the whole family.
4. Acceptable Use and Objectionable Content
You agree not to use the Service to post, upload, share, or transmit any content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or violates the rights of others;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, suicide, or cruelty;
- harasses, bullies, intimidates, or stalks any person, including other family members;
- incites or promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
- contains malware, spyware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm the Service;
- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right;
- misrepresents your identity or impersonates another person;
- involves spam, unsolicited commercial messages, pyramid schemes, or chain letters;
- violates any applicable law or regulation.
You also agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, family, or part of the Service;
- scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by law;
- interfere with the operation of the Service, including by overloading our infrastructure or our service providers;
- use the Service to abuse, threaten, or harass our staff, moderators, or service providers.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Every chat message has a long-press menu with Report and Block user actions. You can review and unblock blocked users at any time from Settings → Blocked Users.
Reports are routed to our moderation team and reviewed within 24 hours. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- remove or hide content that we believe violates these Terms;
- suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms;
- cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to do so. We are not responsible for content you encounter that is created by other users.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Nawah ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and create derivative works of Your Content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This licence ends when you remove Your Content, except that backups and copies retained as part of family history (see Privacy Policy section 9) may persist.
You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all rights necessary to share it on the Service, and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
7. Family Membership and Roles
- The user who creates a family is its creator and is responsible for managing membership, including inviting members and removing them when appropriate.
- Joining a family requires a join code shared by the family creator. Family creators can rotate or disable the join code at any time from Manage Family.
- If you are removed from a family, you immediately lose access to that family's content. Content you contributed remains visible to the family.
- Family creators must transfer or delete their families before deleting their account.
8. AI Assistant
The AI Assistant uses Google Gemini to generate suggestions and help draft tasks, events, and lists. You acknowledge that:
- responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — you should verify important details;
- the AI does not make changes to your data without your explicit confirmation;
- prompts you submit are sent to Google for processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not rely on the AI Assistant for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from More → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. The effects of deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to our infrastructure, or that we are required to do so by law.
10. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to review the applicable pricing and terms before any charge is incurred.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than Your Content), is owned by Nawah or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google Firebase, Google Maps, Google Gemini, and Cloudflare R2) listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those providers' services through Nawah is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Nawah is not a substitute for emergency services. Do not rely on the Service to communicate emergencies. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services directly.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Nawah nor its officers, employees, agents, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nawah and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

1. الاتفاقية
تشكل شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقية ملزمة بينك وبين نواة ("نحن" أو "الخدمة") تحكم وصولك إلى تطبيق نواة للهواتف المحمولة والخدمات ذات الصلة واستخدامها. من خلال إنشاء حساب، أو التأشير على خانة الموافقة عند التسجيل، أو استخدام الخدمة بأي طريقة أخرى، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. الأهلية
- يجب أن لا يقل عمرك عن 13 عاماً، أو الحد الأدنى لسن الموافقة الرقمية في بلدك، لإنشاء حساب.
- إذا كنت قاصراً، فلا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة إلا تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني الذي يوافق على هذه الشروط نيابة عنك.
- يجب عليك تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وتحديثها باستمرار.
- أنت مسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك.
3. وصف الخدمة
نواة هو تطبيق لتنظيم العائلة. بعد إنشاء حساب، يمكنك إنشاء أو الانضمام إلى "عائلة" واحدة أو أكثر — وهي مجموعات خاصة من المستخدمين الذين يشاركون المحتوى مع بعضهم البعض. داخل العائلة يمكنك:
- إرسال رسائل الدردشة، الصور، الفيديوهات، والملاحظات الصوتية؛
- إنشاء وتعيين المهام، أحداث التقويم، القوائم المشتركة، الاستطلاعات، والإعلانات؛
- رفع الملفات (صور، ملفات PDF، فيديوهات، ملاحظات) إلى خزنة العائلة المشتركة؛
- مشاركة موقعك المباشر على خريطة العائلة أثناء فتح التطبيق؛
- طلب المساعدة في التخطيط من مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي.
المحتوى الذي تنشئه داخل العائلة مرئي لكل عضو حالي في تلك العائلة. تعامل مع أي شيء تنشره في العائلة على أنه مشترك مع العائلة بأكملها.
4. الاستخدام المقبول والمحتوى غير المرغوب فيه
توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة لنشر أو رفع أو مشاركة أو نقل أي محتوى:
- غير قانوني، احتيالي، تشهيري، تهديدي، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين؛
- صريح جنسياً، إباحي، أو يستغل القاصرين جنسياً بأي شكل من الأشكال؛
- يصور أو يشجع على العنف التصويري، إيذاء النفس، الانتحار، أو القسوة؛
- يضايق، يتنمر، يرهب، أو يلاحق أي شخص، بما في ذلك أفراد العائلة الآخرين؛
- يحرض أو يشجع على الكراهية، التمييز، أو العنف على أساس العرق، الأصل العرقي، الأصل القومي، الدين، الجنس، الهوية الجنسية، التوجه الجنسي، الإعاقة، أو العمر؛
- يحتوي على برامج ضارة، برامج تجسس، فيروسات، أو أي كود مصمم لتعطيل الخدمة أو إلحاق الضرر بها؛
- ينتهك أي براءة اختراع، علامة تجارية، سر تجاري، حق مؤلف، أو غيرها من حقوق الملكية الفكرية؛
- ينتحل هويتك أو ينتحل شخصية شخص آخر؛
- يتضمن رسائل عشوائية (سبام)، رسائل تجارية غير مرغوب فيها، مخططات هرمية، أو رسائل متسلسلة؛
- ينتهك أي قانون أو لائحة معمول بها.
كما توافق أيضاً على عدم:
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي حساب، عائلة، أو جزء من الخدمة؛
- كشط (scraping) أو نسخ أو هندسة عكسية للخدمة إلا ما يسمح به القانون صراحة؛
- التدخل في تشغيل الخدمة، بما في ذلك عن طريق زيادة التحميل على بنيتنا التحتية أو مزودي الخدمة لدينا؛
- استخدام الخدمة لإساءة معاملة أو تهديد أو مضايقة موظفينا أو المشرفين أو مزودي الخدمة لدينا.
5. الإبلاغ، الحظر، والإشراف
تحتوي كل رسالة دردشة على قائمة تظهر بالضغط المطول تتضمن إجراءات الإبلاغ و حظر المستخدم. يمكنك مراجعة وإلغاء حظر المستخدمين المحظورين في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← المستخدمون المحظورون.
يتم توجيه البلاغات إلى فريق الإشراف لدينا ومراجعتها خلال 24 ساعة. يجوز لنا، وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص ودون إشعار مسبق:
- إزالة أو إخفاء المحتوى الذي نعتقد أنه ينتهك هذه الشروط؛
- تعليق أو إنهاء حساب أي مستخدم ينتهك هذه الشروط بشكل دائم؛
- التعاون مع السلطات القانونية عند الاقتضاء بموجب القانون.
نحن لسنا ملزمين بمراقبة كل المحتوى، ولكننا نحتفظ بالحق في القيام بذلك. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن المحتوى الذي تواجهه والذي أنشأه مستخدمون آخرون.
6. المحتوى الخاص بك
تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تقدمه إلى نواة ("المحتوى الخاص بك"). من خلال تقديم المحتوى الخاص بك، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً عالمياً، غير حصري، ومعفى من الرسوم لاستضافة وتخزين ونقل وعرض وإنشاء أعمال مشتقة من المحتوى الخاص بك فقط حسب الضرورة لتشغيل الخدمة وصيانتها وتأمينها وتحسينها. ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند إزالة المحتوى الخاص بك، باستثناء أن النسخ الاحتياطية والنسخ المحتفظ بها كجزء من تاريخ العائلة (انظر سياسة الخصوصية القسم 9) قد تستمر.
أنت تقر وتضمن أنك تملك المحتوى الخاص بك أو لديك جميع الحقوق اللازمة لمشاركته على الخدمة، وأن المحتوى الخاص بك لا ينتهك هذه الشروط أو أي قانون معمول به.
7. عضوية العائلة والأدوار
- المستخدم الذي ينشئ العائلة هو منشئها وهو المسؤول عن إدارة العضوية، بما في ذلك دعوة الأعضاء وإزالتهم عند الاقتضاء.
- يتطلب الانضمام إلى العائلة رمز انضمام يشاركه منشئ العائلة. يمكن لمنشئي العائلة تغيير أو تعطيل رمز الانضمام في أي وقت من إدارة العائلة.
- إذا تمت إزالتك من العائلة، فستفقد على الفور إمكانية الوصول إلى محتوى تلك العائلة. يظل المحتوى الذي ساهمت به مرئياً للعائلة.
- يجب على منشئي العائلات نقل ملكية عائلاتهم أو حذفها قبل حذف حساباتهم.
8. مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي
يستخدم مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي تقنية Google Gemini لإنشاء اقتراحات والمساعدة في صياغة المهام والأحداث والقوائم. أنت تقر بما يلي:
- يتم إنشاء الردود بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو غير كاملة أو قديمة — يجب عليك التحقق من التفاصيل المهمة؛
- لا يقوم الذكاء الاصطناعي بإجراء تغييرات على بياناتك دون تأكيد صريح منك؛
- يتم إرسال المطالبات التي تقدمها إلى Google لمعالجتها كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
لا تعتمد على مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي للحصول على نصيحة طبية أو قانونية أو مالية أو غيرها من النصائح المهنية.
9. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من المزيد (More) → الإعدادات (Settings) → منطقة الخطر (Danger Zone) → حذف الحساب. يتم وصف آثار الحذف في سياسة الخصوصية.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الخدمة، مع أو بدون إشعار، إذا كنا نعتقد أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط، أو أن استخدامك للخدمة يشكل خطراً على المستخدمين الآخرين أو على بنيتنا التحتية، أو أننا ملزمون بذلك بموجب القانون.
10. الرسوم
يتم توفير الخدمة حالياً مجاناً. إذا قدمنا ميزات مدفوعة، فسنخطرك مسبقاً ونمنحك فرصة لمراجعة الأسعار والشروط المعمول بها قبل فرض أي رسوم.
11. الملكية الفكرية
الخدمة، بما في ذلك برمجياتها وتصميمها ونصوصها ورسوماتها وشعاراتها وعلاماتها التجارية (بخلاف المحتوى الخاص بك)، مملوكة لنواة أو مرخصيها وهي محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من قوانين الملكية الفكرية. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير قابل للنقل، وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة وفقاً لهذه الشروط.
12. خدمات الطرف الثالث
تعتمد الخدمة على مزودي خدمات من جهات خارجية (بما في ذلك Google Firebase و Google Maps و Google Gemini و Cloudflare R2) المدرجين في سياسة الخصوصية. يخضع استخدامك لخدمات هؤلاء المزودين من خلال نواة أيضاً لشروطهم. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات مزودي الطرف الثالث.
13. إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم توفير الخدمة "كما هي" و "كما هي متوفرة" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق، والملاءمة لغرض معين، وعدم الانتهاك، والتشغيل دون انقطاع أو خلو من الأخطاء. نحن لا نضمن تصحيح أي عيوب أو أن الخدمة ستلبي متطلباتك.
نواة ليست بديلاً عن خدمات الطوارئ. لا تعتمد على الخدمة للإبلاغ عن حالات الطوارئ. إذا كنت في خطر، فاتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية مباشرة.
14. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل نواة ولا مسؤولوها أو موظفوها أو وكلاؤها أو مزودو الخدمة لديها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو تحذيرية أو عقابية، أو عن أي خسارة في الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو البيانات أو الشهرة أو غيرها من الخسائر غير الملموسة، الناشئة عن أو المتعلقة باستخدامك للخدمة.
لا يجوز أن يتجاوز إجمالي مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن أو متعلقة بهذه الشروط أو الخدمة المبلغ الأكبر من (أ) المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا، إن وجد، في الاثني عشر (12) شهراً السابقة للمطالبة، أو (ب) 50 دولاراً أمريكياً.
15. التعويض
توافق على تعويض وإبراء ذمة نواة ومسؤوليها وموظفيها ووكلاءها ومزودي الخدمة لديها من وضد أي مطالبات ومسؤوليات وأضرار وخسائر ونفقات، بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية المعقولة، الناشئة عن أو المتعلقة بـ (أ) المحتوى الخاص بك، (ب) استخدامك للخدمة، أو (ج) انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو أي قانون معمول به.
16. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، دون اعتبار لمبادئ تنازع القوانين. يتم رفع أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذه الشروط أو الخدمة حصرياً أمام المحاكم المختصة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، وأنت توافق على الاختصاص القضائي الشخصي لتلك المحاكم. لا شيء في هذا القسم يحد من أي حقوق غير قابلة للتنازل قد تتمتع بها بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.
17. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عندما نقوم بإجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وسنقوم، عند الاقتضاء، بإخطارك داخل التطبيق. إن استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التغيير يشكل قبولاً للشروط المحدثة. إذا كنت لا توافق على الشروط المحدثة، فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة ويمكنك حذف حسابك.
